Dwight Robson is the Executive Vice President of Operations at Roca. He is responsible for leading the work of Roca’s shared services—Finance, Government Relations, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Marketing & Communications—to support the organization’s growth and development, and the fulfillment of its mission.
Prior to joining Roca’s management team in 2022, he served for more than a decade on its Board of Directors, including terms as President and Treasurer.
Dwight is the co-founder of Preston Group Strategic Advisors, a strategic consultancy supporting companies, investors, and non-profit organizations. Previously, Dwight was Chief Public Strategy and Marketing Officer for The MENTOR Network, a leading national provider of services to individuals with disabilities. Early in his career, Dwight held senior policy, communications, and management positions in Massachusetts state government and in high-profile campaigns for governor and U.S. Senate. Dwight received a B.A. in political science from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell.
