Emily Fish is the Assistant Director of Roca Lynn. She started her career at Roca in 2014 as a youth worker in Chelsea and East Boston. As the leader of Roca’s site in Lynn, she oversees youth work, stage-based programming and transitional employment. Emily is committed to collaborating with community partners and service providers to help promote Roca’s mission and develop healthy, inclusive communities.
Prior to coming to Roca, Emily served as the Family Services Coordinator at Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston, where she was in charge of case management and new homeowner programming along with working on construction sites. Emily has worked for organizations focused on homeless youth, high risk young adults, low-income families, and behavioral health. She has also held positions as cook and a carpenter, teaching pre-vocational skills to high-risk young people in both fields. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Wesleyan University.
