Sara Roper has worked at Roca since 2012, starting as a Youth Worker in Roca’s Springfield site and growing to hold many frontline and managerial positions at Roca. In her previous role of Director of Operations for Young Women/Mothers, she was instrumental in start-up operations in Hartford. Working out of the Hartford site for the past two years, she has supported hiring, training, supervision, and coaching of staff, provided support and training in implementing the intervention model, and developed local relationships and expertise on human trafficking. She assumed the role of Director of Roca Hartford in April 2024.
